She was predeceased by: her parents, Lionel Certain and Ursuala Swindell. She is survived by: her sons, David of Birmingham and Ralph Hymer of Birmingham; her children-in-law, Hope and Buffie; and her grandchildren, Gregory Hymer, Sam Hymer, Elizabeth Hymer, Bailey Hymer and Anna Hymer.
The family suggests that memorials may be made to Mountain Brook Baptist Church or to the Big Oak Ranch.
