She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Bend and Mattie Bend; and her siblings, Fredrick Bend and Melva Young. She is survived by: her caregiver Aide; her sisters, Constance Bend and Francine Boyd; her nieces, Sultana Bend Godwin (Vashion) and Cassandra Boyd Gibson (James); her great-nephews, Isaiah, Jourdan and Parker; her niece Alayna; and her sisters, Linda Weeks and Emily Reed.
