He is survived by: his daughter Regina Bishop Gongre; his granddaughters, Anna Alyce Goodwin (Noah), Alexis Ivon Bishop and Alison Grace Gongre; and his sisters, Roberta Bishop Franklin (Royce) and Joyce Bishop Brooks (Jerald). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
