With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sam Frazier Jr. (Birmingham, Alabama), who passed away on March 23, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sam Frazier, Sr. and Teretta Frazier; his siblings, Carrie Frazier, Sherwood Frazier, Carolyn Frazier Jones-Hood, Lillie Mae Milner, Teretta Frazier and Annie Reddick Tate; and his children, Rachelle Walker, Rosalind Frazier, Antonio Cook and Reginald Frazier. He was also cherished by grands, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
Face Protection and Social Distancing Required.
Recently while undergoing regular dialysis and other medical treatments, Sam continued to perform with organizations such as Music Maker Relief Foundation and local artists in the Birmingham area.
