With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rose Lee Covington of Birmingham, Alabama, born in Duck Hill, Mississippi, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 14, 2024 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, L. C. Covington and Susan Covington; her siblings, Lincoln Charles Covington and Barbara Ann Covington; and her grandparents, CandyBell and Marion Covington.
She is survived by: her children, Terra Latrice Clay and Larry Larnell Covington; her son-in-law Olivio Clay; her grandchildren, Imani and T. J.; and her siblings, Willie, Henry, Alan, Mary and Lynnette. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Walker Chapel Funeral Home (1200 Ellard Rd, Fultondale, AL 35068). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
