She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Eubanks. She is survived by: her children, Carla Scarpulla (George) and Michael Eubanks (Brenda Nelson); her sister Mary Mason; her grandchildren, Emily Hodgins (Wes), Paul Scarpulla (Ashlee) and Johnathan Nelson; and her great grandchildren, Alexa Hodgins, J. P. Scarpulla and Lily Scarpulla. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Francis Xavier School.
