He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie Blevins of Birmingham, AL and Jennifer Tyler (Terry) of Searcy, AR; his grandchildren, Hunter Minyard, Jackson Blevins of Birmingham, Andrew, Emily, Reagan Tyler of Searcy, AR, Charity and Gage Bailey of Forkland, AL; and his siblings, Roger Blevins (Barbara) of Forkland and Cindy Gates (David) of Greeley, CO.
