He was predeceased by: his parents, William Earl Henderson and Sara Ellen Dillard Henderson of Prattville, AL; and his brother Gerald Henderson. He is survived by: his son William Eric Henderson (Bill); his wife Beth Summerville Henderson; his daughters, Rhonda Henderson Powell (Tom) and Ellen Henderson Dover (Jim); his grandchildren, Matthew Thomas Powell (Molly), Lauren Henderson Remley (Spencer), Caroline Elizabeth Powell, Katherine Henderson (Katie), James Ronald Dover and Margaret Ann Dover (Maggie); his great grandchild Anne Peyton Remley; and his brother Thomas Elbert Henderson (Barbara). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of usual remembrances, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions honoring the life of Dr. Henderson be directed to Mountain Brook Baptist Church.
