He is survived by: his siblings, Jeff Glidewell (Linda) and Carol Slivka (John); and his nieces and nephews, Josh Glidewell (Amanda), Caylor Slivka, Stacye Pilkington (Greg), Melissa Nock (Kenneth), Ally Batte (Brad) and McKenzie Slivka. He is also survived by 4 Great Nephews and 3 Great Nieces and 1 Great-Great Nephew.
