It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Lee Hood (Birmingham, Alabama), who passed away on October 17, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Australia Hood; his wife Arlene Hood; his son Robert Lee Hood of Los Angeles; and his siblings, Sarah Robinson, James Lee Hood and Frankie L. Hood.
He is survived by: his children, JoAnn Hood Drish of Bessemer, Jimmy Ray Hood of Bessemer, Stephen Hood of Cleveland, Henry Lee Bailey of Cleveland and Loren Hood of Los Angeles; and his siblings, Willie D. Hood of California, Ruby Harris and Bessie Hood. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
