He was predeceased by: his father Bill Wiggins (Bill). He is survived by: his wife Donna; his mother Emily Marie Wiggins; his children, Sheri Praytor (Tyler) and Brian Wiggins (Liz); his siblings, Sharon Mayhew, Linda Hatchett (Mark) and Mark Wiggins (Melanie); his sister-in-law Leigh Stack; and his grandchildren, Ashlee, Melissa Fulk, Mason, Tyler Praytor and Zoie Wiggins. He is also survived by two uncles and one aunt, several nieces and nephews, cousins, and numerous friends.
