He was predeceased by: his wife Donna; his daughter Cyndi; his parents, Alice and Palmer; and his siblings, Terry, Stan and Neda.

He is survived by: his children, Pam and Warren; his grandchildren, Blake, Hannah, Hunter, Savannah and Peyton; his great grandchildren, Kasen, Levi, Junior, Makynlie and Jase; and his brother Randy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
