He was loved and cherished by many people including: his family Dick; his wife Alicia; his sons, Jeremy Carlson (Laura) and Nathan Carlson (Leslie); his grandchildren, Ann Wright Carlson, Alice Carlson, Gabriel Carlson and Gideon Carlson; his sister Janet Hixenbaugh (David); his brother-in-law Roy Golsan (Pamela); his nephews, Roy Golsan, Jr. and Rhett Golsan (Mary); his niece Kristin Hixenbaugh; and his parents, William L. Carlson and Ethel Svendsen Carlson.
