He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Mack and Mabell Hewitt; his stepson Terry Haskew; and his brother-in-law Alan Stanfield. He is survived by: his wife Anne Hewitt; his children, Raymond Kenneth Hewitt (Tina) and Kathryn Hewitt Douthit (Butch); his stepson Jay Haskew (Charlotte); his grandson Trey Douthit (Maci); his great grandchild McCartney James Douthit; and his sisters, Barbara Hewitt Stanfield and Lisa Hewitt Self Whitehead (Chris). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
