He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Perkins Coker; his parents, Luther Coker and Vera Coker; and his siblings, Ralph, Ray Coker and Dorothy Alkire.
He is survived by: his daughter Susan Mann (Ken); his grandchildren, Katie Foshee (Nathan) and Austin Mann (Tessa); and his great grandchildren, Lilah Grace and Noah Foshee. He is also survived by two nieces and one nephew.
