He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley Madison and Annie Woodring; his wife Betty Madison; his siblings, Donald Madison, Billy Madison and Doris Foster; his daughter Pamela DeVine; and his great grandchild Olivia Nichole Avery.
He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Davis (Wrendon); his granddaughters, Lurenda Avery (Ben) and Nichole Davis; his great grandchildren, Jeffrey Avery, Chelsea Avery, Elijah Hatcher and Adeline Hatcher; and his brother Roy Madison.
