It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Grusin Weinstein (Birmingham, Alabama), who passed away on January 6, 2021, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jennye Grusin and Sam Grusin; her husband Leon "Chink" Weinstein; her sister Judy Rattner of Knoxville; and her daughters, Janie Feldman of Atlanta and Lynn Raviv (Arie) of Birmingham. She was also cherished by seven grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
