With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patsy Means of Birmingham, Alabama, born in Coalgate, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 12, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Collins Smith and Odney Mary Kent Smith; her husband Carl Nathan Means; and her siblings, Leon, Raymond, Laura Fay Smith and Wanda Smith Childers.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Carl Means (Lynne) of Birmingham and Kay Lanell Means Carter (Joe) of Trussville; her grandchildren, Carlee Elizabeth Means Green (Jason) and Andrew Thomas Carter; her great grandchildren, Amelia Scott Green, Nathan Lee Green and Maddox Tillman Green; and her siblings, Sue Smith Sartin of Atoka and Jimmy Smith (Linda) of Duncan. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
