She was predeceased by: her parents, William Glenn Garner and Barbara Duffy Garner; and her brother William Obie Garner.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Jefferson Memorial Gardens East (1591 Gadsden Hwy, Birmingham, AL 35235).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Patti's memory to the Salvation Army or the Alabama Institute for the Deaf and Blind in Talladega, AL.
