We are sad to announce that on December 19, 2021, at the age of 73, Otis B. Chapman Sr. (Birmingham, Alabama) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Sanders Chapman and Charlie Chapman, Sr.; and his daughter Linda. He is survived by: his wife Linda Chapman; and his children, Otis Chapman, Jr., Antuan Chapman, Anthony Chapman, Lindsey Chapman and Leslie Chapman. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
