With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nancy K Lawrence (Birmingham, Alabama), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 11, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Nancy departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Nancy may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Nancy leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dan Lawrence Sr.; and her son Donald. She is survived by: her sons, Dan Jr. (Sally), Randall (Nancy) and Andrew Lawrence (Karen); and her grandchildren, Andrew, Daniel, Kristen, Hallie, Caroline and Dan III. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks memorials be sent to Mountain Brook Baptist Church, UAB Spain Rehabilitation Center or any Charity/Organization of their Choice.
