Myrl B. Kirstein Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Myrl B. Kirstein (Birmingham, Alabama), who passed away on February 25, 2025, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Myrl may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Marvin Olin Baxter and Bertha Hayes Baxter; her children, Jan (Brooke Rigor) and Mark (Hanne); and her sister Kathy Crowther. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the KW Building Fund, KW Christmas Fund for Employees, KW Chapel Fund, IPC, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
