Sills Jr. (Cathy Oliver Sills); his nephew Rachel Sills; his wife Sue Hamilton Sills; and his siblings, Edward "E. J." James Jr. and Beatrice Hamill Warnick. He is also survived by 2 nieces; and numerous cousins and extended relatives and friends.
