She was predeceased by: her mother Beth Burroughs Cook. She is survived by: her father Perry Hugh Cook (Elaine); her siblings, Cindy Claire Cook, Caroline Stone (Kevin) and Ryan Cook; her nieces, Claire Stone and Margaret Stone; and her nephew David Stone. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and a host of friends.
The family has suggested that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the Foundry Women's Ministry or to the Celebrate Recovery Ministry at the First Methodist Church in Trussville, Al.
