He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Scoggins, Sr. and Inez Scoggins; and his son Ricky Scoggins. He is survived by: his wife Nancy W. Scoggins; his daughter Traci S. Lynch (Bryan J. Lynch); his grandson Chad W. Lynch (Andrea Lynch); his great grandchild Ethan Graham Lynch; his grandson Michael Lynch (Ashley Lynch); and his great grandchild Conor Lynch.
