She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles A. Mullinax and Susie Mullinax; her grandson Koa Vicens; her son-in-law Ralph Vicens; and her siblings, Betty Abercrombie, Charlotte Wood and Tony Mullinax.

She is survived by: her husband Marvin B. Norvell, Jr.; her daughters, Susan Vicens, Kim Norvell and Angela Ridlehoover; and her son-in-law Brian Ridlehoover.
