She was predeceased by: her husband Edgar Anderson Looney, Jr.; her parents, Bernard Payne and Era Lowery; her siblings, Sam Payne and Mildred Darnell; her son John David Looney; and her grandson Nathan Looney.
She is survived by: her sons, Eddie Looney (Debbie) and Zach Looney (Yvonne); her grandchildren, Brandon Looney (Micheal), Laura Perry, Chris Looney (Carey) and Scott Looney (Kim); and her great grandchildren, Ryan Perry, Cohen Looney, Harper Looney, Miles Looney, Emma Looney, Camina Looney and Andy Looney.
