He is survived by: his wife Kathy M. Hogan Moultrie; his daughters, Emma Connally (Andrew) and Sarah Jacocks (Wells); his stepson Richard Nix (Lele Croskey); his stepgranddaughter Autumn Eatman; his son Dwain Croskey; his grandchildren, Caleb and Xaden; and his siblings, Susan Clemons (Don), Frank Moultrie (Melissa) and Steve Moultrie (Julie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
