Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Martin Doyle Palmer of Birmingham, Alabama, born in DeKalb, Mississippi, who passed away at the age of 81, on December 31, 2021. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Palmer and Shirley Peden Palmer; his son Martin David Palmer; and his brothers, Freeman Palmer and Ramon Palmer.

He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Ian Palmer, Claire Kirkpatrick and Brooks Bashinsky; and his brother Mike Palmer (Janice).

Due to Covid concerns, a graveside only service will be held at Elmwood Cemetery on January 4th at 2 PM.
