He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Palmer and Shirley Peden Palmer; his son Martin David Palmer; and his brothers, Freeman Palmer and Ramon Palmer.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Ian Palmer, Claire Kirkpatrick and Brooks Bashinsky; and his brother Mike Palmer (Janice).
Due to Covid concerns, a graveside only service will be held at Elmwood Cemetery on January 4th at 2 PM.
