She was predeceased by: her son Luther Andrew Gunter; her parents, David Hayes and Hester Hayes; and her brother Thomas Eldridge Hayes. She is survived by: her sister Shirley Hays; her children, Thomas Earl Gunter, Danny Elliot Gunter (Vicki) and Susan Gunter Pannell (Dave); and her grandchildren, Desi, Stacy, Alicia, Stephanie, Joshua and Jessica. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
