It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lueberter McClellan (Birmingham, Alabama), who passed away on September 10, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Maddie Mufford Johnson and Robert Johnson; and her sons, Oliver McClellan and James McClellan. She is survived by: her siblings, Pearl Johnson and James Johnson of Birmingham, AL.; her husband John L. McClellan Sr.; and her children, John Lee Jr. McClellan (Bertha L.), Nathaniel McClellan (Cynthia), Doris Copelin (Lindberg), Mattie P. McClellan (William) and Joyce Copelin (Barry). She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
