She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Betz and Joda Burke Betz; her brother Virgel L. Betz; and her husband Gilbert E. Randolph. She is survived by: her children, Wade G. Randolph and Sarita Randolph Rainer; her grandson Sean R. Rainer; and her brother Victor C. Betz. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
