She was predeceased by: her parents, James Walter and Mert Cynthia Donald (Spurgeon); her son Dennis Richard Clark; and her sisters, Linda Armstrong and Louise Ventling.
She is survived by: her husband Vern Clark of Birmingham, AL; her daughters, Carole Louise Unruh (Larry) of Scottsdale, AZ, Debra Taylor (Harold) of Birmingham, AL and Pamela Kemp (Mike) of Leeds, AL; her daughter-in-law Sandy Clark of Broomfield, CO; and her grandchildren, Tina Cahan (Sean), Rhonda Stockley (Jason), Dennis Richard Clark Jr. (Dorothy), William Joseph Clark (Stephanie), Shannon Walker (Dave), Heather O'Neill, Kevin Unruh (Kate), Patrick Greene, Brian Greene (Angela), Amanda Champion (Joey) and Amy Taylor (Brad). She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren, 17 nieces and 12 nephews.
Memorial contributions can be given to the Alzheimer's Association and left at or mailed to the funeral home.
