She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank L. Turner and Garda Muns Turner; her husband Ben Earl Blackwell; and her brothers, Frank L. Turner Jr. and Eldon Muns Turner.
She is survived by: her daughters, June Mays (Joe) of Birmingham, Jeannine Blackwell (Michael Jones) of Lexington Kentucky and Judith Anne Goodwin (Greg) of Augusta Georgia; and her grandchildren, Mary Elizabeth Mays, Elizabeth Upchurch, McNeill Upchurch III (Mac) and Mason Upchurch. She is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
