It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Linda Allen Longmire of Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away at the age of 73, on April 6, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Gail and Helen Greene Calfee; her husbands, Edward Scott Allen and Martin Shelling Longmire; and her sisters, Agnes Yount and Patricia Lindsey.
She is survived by: her son Tony Allen (Teresa) of Birmingham, Alabama; and her siblings, Velda Shultz, Brenda Campbell (Jay) and Eddie Yount (Resa). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid restrictions people who wish to pay their respects may come by Stetzer-Bales Funeral Home Saturday, April 10, 2021 from 1 – 4 P. M. Family and friends will meet Sunday, April 11, 2021 at 2:00 P. M. for a graveside service at Hamblen Memory Gardens Mausoleum with Pastor Matt Westra officiating.
As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or a church or charity of your choosing.
