She was predeceased by: her brother Clyde N. Garmon, Jr.. She is survived by: her parents, Clyde N. Garmon and Bernice T. Garmon; her daughter Jill Morris (Bob); her grandchildren, Scott Morris (Gretchen), Jason Morris (Leslie), Kate Harrison (Pete), Jackson Neal (Tiffany) and Madison Neal (Haley); and her great grandchildren, Rob, Will, Jake Morris, Jack, Paige Morris, Simon Harrison and Scottie Neal.

The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Lillian Neal's name to Foundation Fighting Blindness, 997 Lakeview, Suite 140, Vernon Hills, IL 60061.
