He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie E. Jackson and Era Gertrude Jackson; his grandson Jared Randall Jackson; and his son-in-law Larry Bruce Mantooth. He is survived by: his wife Janet Lindsey Jackson; and his children, Gary A. Jackson of Pensacola, Keith A. Jackson (Lynda) of McCalla, Gregg R. Jackson (Coralie) of Helena and Lynette J. Mantooth of Homewood, Alabama.. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers and customary remembrances, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be directed to Lakeside Baptist Church or to a charity or cause important to you.
