He was predeceased by: his parents, John G. Waters and Laura Waters. He is survived by: his significant other Kathryn Voigt Waters; his children, Thomas (Jennifer) and Valerie (Darlene); his granddaughters, Mary Kathryn (Gann) and Martha Louise; his great grandchild Maeve; his sister Jennie Passarella; and his sister-in-law Candace Waters. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
