She was predeceased by: her husband William Lee Crouch, Jr.; and her mother Mary Cristine Heck Wells. She is survived by: her children, Samuel P. Wells, Harry Hood and Bess Martin Hood; her brothers, Joseph S. Wells, Robert Wells, Raymond J. Wells, Charles S. Wells, William Ernest Wells and Samuel H. Wells; her friends, Jean Dunlap Preston, Jean Underwood Kloess and Julia Gardner Wickwire; her daughters, Jenny Crouch Walker (Joe) and Cindy Crouch Jackson (Jay); her grandchildren, Kara Jackson Lancaster (Ryan), Timothy Jackson (Shana) and Brooke Jackson MacTaggart (John); and her great grandchildren, Anya Lancaster, Ian Lancaster, Elaina Lancaster, Evangeline Jackson, Declan Jackson, Everly MacTaggart and Elijah MacTaggart. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to Tunnels to Towers; St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and the Birmingham Humane Society.
