Larry Peter DeBoer Sr. Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Larry Peter DeBoer Sr. (Birmingham, Alabama), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 23, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Ritzema DeBoer and Peter DeBoer; his wife Sue Lucas DeBoer; his daughter Sue Ann; and his siblings, Don DeBoer, Leona DeBoer Day and David DeBoer.

He is survived by: his children, Tammy DeBoer Rowe Luker (Roger), Larry Peter DeBoer, Jr. (Carol) and James Joppe DeBoer (Debi); his grandchildren, Rebecca Byrd (James), Coston Rowe (Janie), Stephen Peter Rowe (Addison), Dylan DeBoer (Alicia), Charley Rowe (Mary Evelyn), Lindi DeBoer, Lani DeBoer, Joppe DeBoer and Kate DeBoer; his great grandchildren, Henry Rowe, Ruby Rowe, Winnie Rowe, Frankie Sue Byrd, Katherine Byrd and Mercer Rowe; his sister Alice DeBoer; and his nieces and nephews, Wendy Walker Beech (Chuck), Dan Day (Lois), Tom Day (Debbie), Jim Day (Joanne), David DeBoer (Janet), Deanna DeBoer Elkins (Ronald) and Darrin DeBoer (Cindy). He is also survived by great nieces and nephews and many good friends.
