He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas Mantooth and Loraine Patton Mantooth of Bessemer; and his brother James Thurman Mantooth of Ballground, Georgia.. He is survived by: his wife Lynette Jackson Mantooth; his children, Greg Alan Mantooth of Lewisburg, Shannon Mantooth Faletra (Tony) of Nashville, Joshua Larry Mantooth (Courtney) of Inverness and Lucy Elisabeth Mantooth; and his brother Danny Wayne Mantooth (Charlotte) of Athens. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and friends.
