He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Ford and Martha Ford. He is survived by: his sister Donna Ryan (Barry); his nephews, Matt Ryan (Lindsay), Pat Ryan (Haley) and David Ryan (Lydia); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Callen, Bennett, Caroline, Sanders, Ellie and Chapman.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Keith's honor to the Men on Missions fund at the First Baptist Church of Trussville.
