She is survived by: her son Patrick Cook (Kera); her grandson Garrett Cook; her parents, Paul Allen Couch (Joyce) and Ruth Watson; and her sisters, Robin Cooper (Lynn) and Connie Couch Pitts (Richard). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
