It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen J. Watkins of Birmingham, Alabama, born in Thacker, West Virginia, who passed away on July 28, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Scarberry and Ollie Scarberry; her son David Michael Watkins; and her siblings, Sherman Scarberry, Jr., Roland Scarberry, Herman Scarberry, Olin Scarberry, Cornelius Scarberry and Opal Scarberry.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Watkins, Debra Brown (Thomas H.) and James A. Ramey (Terri). She is also survived by Numerous Grandchildren and Great- Grandchildren; and a host of Nieces and Nephews.
