She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Blackwell and Vida Blackwell. She is survived by: her husband Doug Dellaccio, Sr.; her children, Doug, Jr. Dellaccio (Nicole), Charles Dellaccio, Angela Dellaccio and Laci Schuman (Justin); her grandchildren, Douglas III, Elise Dellaccio, Haley, Charlie, Hannah Dellaccio, James, Joseph Greene, Bailey and Logan Schuman; and her siblings, Danny Blackwell, Buddy Blackwell and Shannon Blackwell. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
