He is survived by: his sons, Kayden and Karter Johnson; his parents, Shawna Johnson and Donnie "Stormy" Johnson; his brother Morgan Johnson; his grandparents, Sarah Pass, Carolyn Richie, Kathleen Allen Temple (Jay) and Donnie Johnson, Sr. (Liz); his aunt Tabatha Ross; his uncles, Darin Pass and Ryan Holmes; and the mother of his children Jayden Crittenden. He is also survived by cousins and extended family.
