With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Judy Brown of Birmingham, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 16, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Judy shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Judy farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Rylant and Evelyn Rylant; and her brother Bill Rylant. She is survived by: her husband Jim Brown; her daughters, Donna Little (Lee) and Rhonda Clements (John); and her grandchildren, Austin and Lydia.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home (1591 Gadsden Hwy, Birmingham, AL 35235). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Before her illness with Alzheimer's, she he was very active in her church and in her community, always looking for ways she could help others and to share God's love.
