He is survived by: his caregiver Jane Smith; his sons, Brandon Smith (Cyndi) and B. J. Smith (Gina); his siblings, Basil Smith (Kay) and Polly Anthony (Doug); and his grandsons, Braydon, Braxdon and Gunner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
