He was predeceased by: his siblings, Rosa Tiller, Jessie Cole and George Cole. He is survived by: his wife Veronica Wilson; his daughter Tameca Cole; and his siblings, Emma Loyd and O'Neal Cole. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
