It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John L. Davis (Birmingham, Alabama), who passed away on December 24, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mackie Lee Davis and Ruby Lee Davis; and his brother William H. Davis. He is survived by: his wife Deborah J. Davis; his daughters, Kimberly Davis-Butler (Antonio), April Davis-Ceesay (Ebrima) and Maredith Davis-Banks (Leroy); and his grandchildren, Matthew Butler, Brianna Davis, Jarriatou Ceesay, Marleigh Banks and Levingston Banks.
